Representing at the National Dance Education Conference

Arianne recently joined fellow dance educators from across the country at the National Dance Education Organizations annual conference in Chicago, IL. Arianne, along with fellow Oakwood colleagues Sarah Culberson, Casey Ahern and TBSCo. member Angelina Attwell presented a panel discussion entitled, "The Ripple Effect - simple collaborations that grow in impact." The panel presented two model programs currently in practice at Oakwood, CYP (Community Youth Partnership), and Moving Through Image to Stage - a middle school visual art, dance and theater project. The conference was inspiring and affirming and it was wonderful to see so many familiar faces!
