Arianne MacBean teaches at Cal State University Long Beach

Arianne was honored to teach a fall 2017 graduate seminar in Dance Management in the Dance Program at Cal State University Long Beach. The course addressed the wider world of dance management outside of academia, performing and presenting. Topics such as non-profit corporations, fiscal receiverships, arts advocacy and policy, and data collection were covered with an emphasis on grant writing and strategic planning. It was an rewarding semester.
